All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment or full payment, as agreed at the time of order placement.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or transferred unless expressly approved in writing by Asha Marble & Art Work.

Asha Marble & Art Work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by natural calamities, transportation issues, labor disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
