REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of natural marble and stone products, refunds are considered only under specific circumstances, including:
- Supply of incorrect material
- Significant damage occurring during transit
Refund requests will be considered only if the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic or video evidence.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Customized, cut-to-size, or made-to-order marble products
- Products showing signs of misuse, improper handling, or damage after delivery
- Items reported after the 24-hour inspection window
Natural variations in marble color, veining, texture, and pattern are inherent characteristics of natural stone and shall not be considered defects or grounds for refund.
Refund Approval Process
Once a refund request is received, Asha Marble & Art Work will review the claim and may arrange inspection or verification if required.
Refunds or replacements will be approved only after proper assessment of the issue. The company reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request based on its findings.
Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
Refund timelines may vary depending on banking processes, payment gateways, or transaction methods and will be completed within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
Replacement or Resolution
In certain cases, a replacement of the material or another suitable resolution may be offered instead of a refund, subject to material availability and mutual agreement.
Cancellation & Refunds
Refund eligibility for cancelled orders depends on the order status. Orders cancelled before dispatch may be considered for a refund, subject to applicable deductions. Orders cancelled after dispatch or processing has begun are not eligible for refunds.
